V-STAR 1300 - Midrider Seats

All Ultimate seats are designed with your ultimate comfort as the first priority Our design expertise guaranties to give you a long distance no numbum ride with our exclusive comfort memory foam (our secret). Correct nose angle design prevents you sliding forward, you sit in our seat not on it.

Our V-Star Midrider seat will sit you at the same height and the same distance to the handlebars as your stock seat.

Now you can have the ride you have been waiting for

The Ultimate Midrider seat installs exactly like stock with the stock bolt.

Our passenger seat installs exactly like stock using the stock bolt.

Your stock passenger seat will not fit with our rider seat but your stock rider seat will fit with our passenger seat.

Our passenger backrest pad bolts right on to your sissy bar.
Our MIDRIDER is designed so you sit in the seat, not on the seat.
The V-Star MIDRIDER is 17 inches wide and will sit you at the same height as your stock seat.
All Midrider seats have an optional removable rider backrest.
Ultimate removable rider backrest
- Pad measures 7" high by 10" wide by 1.5" thick and is built using the same memory foam as our seats.
- Infinite tilt to match your back angle.
- Folds down forward for easy on and off your motorcycle.
- Adjustment forward and back is more than 2 inches.
- Adjusts with a thumb screw while your riding.
- No need to remove the seat or use a wrench.
- optional backrest pouch with zipper and rain flap (detachable), 9 inch x 6 inch. Must be ordered together with rider backrest.

The Ultimate passenger seat is 14 inches wide with comfort to spare and fits with all passenger backrest sissy bars.
The Ultimate passenger backrest pad is available in two sizes, the small pad measures 10" wide x 7" high, the large pad is 12" wide and 8" high.
The pad comes with stainless steel screws and fits on your stock Yamaha sissy bar, other make sissy bar pads also available.

Leather versus Vinyl.

If you choose leather, we use the finest hides and cover the entire seat set (not just the sitting area).
However, in my opinion, there are no advantages with a leather seat.
Most people cannot visually tell the difference between our premium Vinyl and Leather unless they are side by side and then it needs to be pointed out which is which.
Leather or Vinyl does not breathe except through the stitching.
Neither seats, Vinyl or Leather, are waterproof. A Vinyl seat will let water in through the stitching and Leather will do the same and also soak through the hide if it gets really wet.
Durability is similar but our premium Vinyl will hold its shape and new look longer than Leather.
I recommend you always cover your seats with our Ride-on waterproof cover when sitting or riding in the rain.

I believe a Vinyl seat is the best overall value.

Water resistant but not waterproof

Most motorcycle seats are built with a sheet of plastic between the seat cover and the foam, this is to prevent the water from going through the cover stitching into the foam.
However, the sheet of plastic tends to holds all the heat in the seat cover so we do not use this method.
Our seats will disperse the seat cover heat through the foam and your butt will have a cooler ride.
The trade off for this is our Ultimate seats, both Vinyl or Leather are not waterproof.
A Vinyl seat will let water in through the stitching and Leather will do the same and also soak through the hide if it gets really wet.
A rain cover should be used to prevent water from seeping through the stitches into the comfort foam.

We recommend you always cover your seats with our Ride-on waterproof cover when sitting or riding in the rain.

Our cover will also protect your seat from the suns damaging rays
