All I can say is WOW what a difference.

I’ve been riding for years and currently ride a Pearl White’06 Royal Star Tour Deluxe. I’m 6’2’’ 230 lbs. and with the stock seat was quite content to fuel up after about 250 kms. because that’s about as far as I could stand riding with a numb butt and sore back.

I got my 4 piece Ultimate Seat set in July and immediately installed it on my bike (easy, it took less than an hour). The seat sits a bit higher and puts me a bit farther forward so at first I wondered if my long legs would be as comfortable as they were with the stock bike. I decided to go for a short test drive around the block, came back 400 kms later with no numb butt, no sore back and a big ear to ear grin. The seat and the back rest are soooo… comfortable I didn’t want to stop for gas or food or anything I just wanted to ride. After explaining to my wife why I was gone so long I took her for a short ride and when we got back 2 hrs and 150 kms later she knew what I was talking about.

WOW, I should have done this years ago and would not hesitate getting another ultimate seat on my next bike. This is by far the best accessory (really an investment) I have ever put on a bike.

Howdy!

My new V-Star 650 Classic seats arrived on schedule Monday and I immediately left a smoking trail from my office all the way home. The new seats are just perfect!! It took about thirty minutes to install, mainly because I had to remove my hard bags and passenger grab bar. Everything lined up perfectly. Took the bike out for a quick 35 mile jaunt and “tried” to get monkey butt. Just ain’t possible with the new seats. Can’t wait to take them on a real trip!! Thanx again for this product!!

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know that I am very satisfied with my recent purchase of the Ultimate Seat for my Road Star. As others have stated it was a great experience just as soon as I sat on it. I have logged about 1500 miles so far. The wife and I were able to get a 200 mile day in on the back roads yesterday and there were no sore tail issues.

It was a pleasure to do business with Ultimate Seats even though there was one small issue (on my part) with the order. Looking forward to many more happy miles ahead.

Hi Des,

I just wanted to write you a letter and thanking you for your service, you installed my seat on June 11, 2011 at the Americade in Lake George. It was a rainy day and my daughter was wet and cold. But she was so happy on the way home the next day sitting on our brand new seats. I wish I done this when I first brought the bike in 2005 (Yamaha Royal Star). We like riding and know we love riding these seats are so comfortable and the back rest it adjust so wonderfully. A little story to tell, the guys I work with I told them I was going to the Americade just to buy a seat. Now that they seen the seat they like the pitch of the seat. I offer one the guy’s to sit on it he said no because he just brought a seat from Corbin and he did not want to be disappointed with it. I could see in his face he knew he made a mistake in purchasing his seat. Just like your ad said you don’t sit on these seats you sit in them. Thanks again hope to see you in the upcoming events.

Hello from the uk!

I was fortunate enough to have the winning bid for an Ultimate seat for my
Raider last year which you kindly donated to "Roadkill" for the Raider rally
in Ashville". After riding across the US from East to West, some 4300 miles,
I cannot praise your seats enough, not one numb bum the whole journey. it
just adds to the pleasure of riding.

I called and purchased a seat, backrest, passenger seat, and rain covers for my 2004 RoadStar last Thursday. I had them shipped overnight to my friend in Tempe, AZ. I installed the seat Friday evening, and started riding with it on Saturday. Tonight, I am in Burley, ID, and have put just over one thousand miles on the seat (one short day trip and two 400+ days of riding).

Quite simply, I love it; I am completely satisfied with the seat and backrest. I experience no pain and drastically reduced fatigue.

Thank you, we bought your #2P 12271 - 2 pc. set, Midrider seat & Passenger seat studded back in December, and we finally got to go on our first couple of rides of the new season here in Michigan (45-55 degrees). Before the end of last season, we we put 1,400+ miles on our new 2010 Yamaha V-Star 950T and my backside would be tingling/numb after only a 100+ miles, my Honey would state that the stock passenger pad felt like a brick.
Now that we have your products, it is as if we could ride forever. As stated by others, you don't sit on these seats, you sit in them. The difference between stock seats and your seats are as different as night and day. Also the looks are stupendous; we have already had three people ask what kind of seats they are, and comment how they make the bike look so much more custom.

Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know the wife and I enjoyed the
visit to Ultimate last weekend. It was nice to finally get to meet you and
put a face with the name!

I have to tell you the trip to Daytona was the longest trip I've done
since purchasing the Ultimate for my Raider. What a change! I no longer
have to take stretch breaks between fuel stops and the wife absolutely
loves the passenger seat! She actually enjoys riding with me now! Thanks
again for making the Ultimate available for the Raider. I think I have
mentioned it to you before that my brother has the Big Boy on his 1800 and
that is what originally turned me onto Ultimate.

This year I'll be putting on about 15k miles this year on the new RoadStar bike. Rides will include Sturgis, An "IronButt" ride from Madison, WI to Mitchell, South Dakota and back (in one day) and a Tame Texas ride across the top of the state in one day. I had shopped for seats for close to a year and a half. This last 6 months I settled in and researched your product as the most likely candidate for what I wanted. Finally ordered the seats over the phone. No problems with the order. It got here on time, everything looked great, and trust me I looked very close at all the stitching and workmanship. Install was easy and the seats look and feel great! All I could have hoped for and more. My wife likes her seat and the arm rests were a big hit. Spent the last two days riding and am really glad I purchased them. Good job everyone, thank you again.

I purchased a Midrider seat for my 2000 RoadStar in December, 2010. I did a lot of research and read many comments in a number of websites. Of course, the only true test is to use any product, so your offer of 14 days of trial was very much welcomed. I wasn't sure if it would work for me as I'm only 5'10" tall, but 320 lbs. and well into my retirement years. I used it for a half dozen 1-200 mile trips and one 7 hour trip with never any discomfort. The next day I switched back to my original stock seat and--zingo!--one hour in and I could feel numbut starting and it never went away as long as I was seated--starting right up shortly after each break. So the next day, I used the Ultimate for the first 2 1/2 hours without leaving the seat for anything, and, guess what, nothing. I mean it's not like the seat feels good, it's like you don't even feel anything. It's like sitting on a cloud. Why don't you change the name to "Cloud Seats"?

I wanted to let you know that I did a lot of searching on the internet, from reviews to forums having to do with Ultimate seats vs. the other known brands. Everyone kept recommending the ultimate, and some of them I might add had the other known brands but apparently weren’t happy with them. So I finally purchased the mid rider, and passenger seats for my V-Star 1100 Classic. All I can say is WOW! It feels like I’m sitting in a nice comfortable high end car seat. My wife can’t get over the passenger seat as well, not only is it more comfortable but on turns she feels a lot safer due to the extra width of the seating…I don’t want to elaborate further cause it may get me into trouble with the wifey. Your service was spectacular as well, there was a little mix up in the beginning but you guys handled it very professionally. Being in a customer service oriented market myself I was very impressed and satisfied.

I recently purchased one of your seats for my stratoliner.Mostly because of the 14 day trial,nobody else
does that.I've owned two other star bikes and used the competition on them.They were good also but no
comparison to the ultimate.Your seat truly does what you claim.when i first got it I went 100 miles, no
problem.I just finished a 200 mile plus poker run and again no problem.I'm 56 and was begining to think maybe
I was getting to old to do that. Now I'm wondering how far I can go.This seat is amazing.Keep up the

Hello -

I had the good fortune to look at the seat you donated for the 2010 Yamaha Raider Rally in Asheville, NC. One of our other members won the bid for it at auction. (Lucky girl!)

Anyway, my wife and I rode the Blue Ridge Parkway with our group, all the way to Grandfather Mountain and back to Asheville on Saturday. Our grup leader missed the Asheville exit and we ended up 30 miles off course. My wife was in such pain from the stock seat that she hopped off when we went to the lookout point and she collapsed to the ground crying. She was miserable.

On Sunday, we had a 5 hour ride back to Nashville. She was dreading it, and I was very concerned for her. Sally, the club member that won the bid for the Ultimate Raider seat set, offered for us to try the passenger pad on the way to Nashville. I installed it and Kelly (my wife) was able to ride the ENTIRE trip back with not a single issue of butt pain, or back pain. I made Sally an offer for the pad and she accepted. We are now the proud owners of an Ultimate Seats passenger pad!

I just wanted you to know that had you not participated as a sponsor for this event, I would have never had the opportunity to have my wife use that seat on the way home. She is so pleased with it, that I am looking forward to purchasing the rider seat as well.

Just wanted to drop you guys a note to say how awesome your seats are. I had originally put a Corbin on my Yamaha Road Star but had to get rid of it after a year because it just was too hard. I bought one of your seats and immediately was convinced you have the best product on the market. This summer I rode from California to West Virginia and back. 5600 miles total doing on average 450 miles a day. Your seat held up and kept the ride enjoyable. Thanks for making a fantastic product.

I bought my Royalstar TD seat from you at the Daytona BiketoberFest last weekend. My butt was quite sore from my ride from St. Pete FL all the way to Daytona. On my way home my butt was still sore when I sat on the Ultimate for the first time. The ride home was hot (temperature was 91) and I also got stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic 4 times for an additional hour or more in the saddle. I decided to ride to work on Tuesday of this week and made an additional side-trip that added another 70 miles or so on my ride home (200+ miles round-trip).

All I can say is "my butt is smiling now!" Had I known, I would have gotten an Ultimate Seat 2 years ago. Two weeks ago at Sebring I had a "buttbuffer" installed into my stock seat and it was a total waste of money.

Thanks for making my butt "smile" - I can't wait to take the long rides I have been longing to take but knew I couldn't handle because of the discomfort.

I have received the seats and installed them on my Yamaha XV 1600 Wildstar, everything fits great and I love the seat. I am 6 Ft 4 and always had back problems. With the new seat plus backrest my back
problems are history.

It took UPS 5 days to deliver the seats to me in Holland.

Thanks again for the great service and fantastic seats, I can recommend them to anyone who owns a Wildstar (or roadstar).

Wanted to thank you for the seat for my Roadstar. You got the seat built and shipped even earlier than promised so I got it a day earlier than expected. I am VERY impressed with both the quality and the looks. It fit and locked in even easier than the stocker. The embroidery I asked for is excellent. The comfort is outstanding compared to the stock seat. I took a 150 mi ride as soon as I got it and while it took a bit to get used to the change in seating posture, I soon settled in and enjoyed it immensely. No more tailbone numbness. Looking forward to a ride up to Yellowstone later this month on my Ultimate. I'm visiting a friend in Houston in October who also rides a Roadstar and I'm taking the seat so he can try it out. I'm quite sure he'll become a customer before long!

I have to tell you how much I like my seats! You said somewhere to ride for 300 miles before you really can feel the difference. I now have 4000 miles already this year on these seats and they are amazing. The right compromise between firmness and comfort for my 245lb frame. My last trip was 420 mountain miles in one day and my butt and back were both not tired while my buddies were very sore.

One thing that surprised me right away was the difference in control over the bike. On the stock seat I slid around and was riding on the seat herding the bike around. With your seats, I sit IN the seat and gain a large measure of control. It is hard to explain, but it seems like I can just twitch my butt and the bike follows!

Best thing I have done for my bike !

I wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with the Ultimate Seat you sent me for my Road Star. The moment I sat down on it, I realized how uncomfortable I have been for the last few years riding on a Corbin seat. I confirmed how comfortable the Ultimate seat was a few days later, by taking a 160 mile detour to work. I was so comfortable the whole time that I did the same trip the very next morning, because it was now so enjoyable to ride my motorcycle.

Before ordering the seat, I was a little concerned that it would be ugly, and I would sacrifice looks for comfort. I was pleasantly surprised that the seat turned out to be very attractive, and really compliments the lines of my bike.

Your Ultimate seat has transformed my Road Star into a much more enjoyable motorcycle. My only regret is that I did not buy one sooner.

Seats came in last Monday but I was in Baton Rouge LA for the Cushman Scooter National Meet. Got back Fri. and put the seats on for a Sat. morning ride. I admit I was skeptical as they didn't feel much different from the stock roadie seats. 15 riders left 8:00 AM and 290 miles later I was still wanting to keep riding. We only stopped for food and water and I could actually sit in the wood seat chairs, without pain, where we ate good old Cajun food. One of the other riders had your seat on a V Star and she told me it was the best thing she had added to her bike. Until now I was almost ready get rid of my roadie. I think I'll keep her now. Whatever the Ultimate seat secret is I am a believer.

I put about 130 miles on my V-Star 1100 yesterday without any discomfort at all. The rider backrest is a revelation and the rider seat itself is amazing. My spouse loves the passenger seat and we can’t wait to take a rider together this weekend. The nature of my motorcycle has been changed. It has become a traveling machine.

I got the seats late Tuesday afternoon. It was very rainy. First thing Wednesday morning I installed them. It took less than half an hour. I changed out the hardware on the passenger seat pan due to the recent recall. The quality of the new Ultimate Seats is absolutely first rate. I am very pleased.

Your pre-order process that allows choices to be made and changed is a smart one. It allowed my selection of just the right set of options for my seats. Everyone who has seen my seats have really been very impressed by them. Several have asked to sit in the rider saddle and some as resisted getting off the bike when asked.

And to top it all off, you folks have been great to work with. You’ve been responsive to any questions I’ve had and I really appreciate that. I’ll be shipping my original seats back to you today via UPS today. The original hardware has been installed back onto the passenger seat that I am returning to you. Thanks again for everything.

I now have a Yamaha 05 Royal Star Tour Deluxe. I saw that you will be at the Star Day at St. Joseph, Mo.
It would be great if you would be able to develope a seat for the new bike.
I know that there are a lot of Star riders out there with 05 RSTD looking for a more comfortable seat than the standard one.

The seat did make it on the 2nd of July. I put it on my Midnight Star and headed out immediately. I owned a mustang and corbin before but, yours is undoubtedly the most comfortable seat I have ever sat in. IN being the descriptive. It looks great with an outstanding fit and finish on all three pieces of the set. It was well worth the money and I will recommend it to all those I ride with.
