VTX 1800 F model only is built on the stock seat pans which required you to ship your stock seats to us in advance, or we offer exchange with core deposit, we ship you your new Ultimate and after you receive it you ship us your stock seats.

All Ultimate seats are designed with your ultimate comfort as the first priority, the same design basics as our other Honda seats were applied to give you a long distance no numbum ride with our exclusive comfort memory foam (our secret). Correct nose angle design prevents you sliding forward under brakes.

Our Midrider seat is 16 inches wide and will sit you at the same height and the same distance to the handlebars as your stock seat.

No rider backrest available for the 1800 F model

Our passenger seat is designed to fit flush with the rider seat lower back support area to give the rider seven and half inches of lower back support.

Our ULTIMATE X logo in silver on the Midrider seat is included.

Our ULTIMATE X logo in silver on the passenger backrest pad is included.

The Ultimate passenger seat is 12 inches wide and is made to fit with all passenger backrests sissybars.

The Ultimate passenger backrest pad measures 12" wide x 8" high and sits your passenger 10 degrees straighter than the stock pad, this helps eliminate back fatigue on those long rides.

We make backrest pads to fit all makes of sissybars, when you place your order we need to know which make and model sissybar you have and if its 2 or 3 or 4 bolt mount and the measurements between the mounting holes.

The pad comes with stainless steel screws and fits on your Standard or Deluxe Hondaline sissy bar and is available for any other make sissybar.

Please note: Your stock 1800 F passenger seat will fit with the Ultimate Midrider but your stock rider seat will not fit with the Ultimate passenger seat.

Water resistant but not waterproof

Most motorcycle seats are built with a sheet of plastic between the seat cover and the foam, this is to prevent the water from going through the cover stitching into the foam.
However, the sheet of plastic tends to holds all the heat in the seat cover so we do not use this method.
Our seats will disperse the seat cover heat through the foam and your butt will have a cooler ride.
The trade off for this is our Ultimate seats are not completely waterproof.
A Vinyl seat will let water in through the stitching and Leather will do the same and also soak through the hide if it gets really wet.
A rain cover should be used to prevent water from seeping through the stitches into the comfort foam.

We recommend you always cover your seats with our Ride-on waterproof cover when sitting or riding in the rain.

Our covers will also protect your seats from the suns damaging rays.

Leather Versus Vinyl

We have discontinued our leather seat production, a leather option is no longer available
In my opinion, there are no advantages with a leather seat on a motorcycle.
Most people cannot visually tell the difference between our premium Vinyl and Leather unless they are side by side and then it needs to be pointed out which is which. Neither Leather nor Vinyl breathes except through the stitching. Neither seats, Vinyl or Leather are waterproof. A Vinyl seat will let water in through the stitching and Leather will do the same and also soak through the hide if it gets really wet.
Durability is similar but our premium Vinyl will hold its shape and new look longer than Leather.
I recommend you always cover your seats with our Ride-on waterproof cover when sitting or riding in the rain.

I believe our premium Vinyl seat is the best overall value.
