| I just wanted to drop you
a line to thank you for the excellent customer service that
your company provides. I have a complete set of your seats
on my Valk Interstate and Rune. I called on Saturday and
spoke with a very nice lady whose name is Leslie. I explained
I was having a problem with the post that extends out of
my seat on the Rune. To my surprise I received a new post
in the mail on Monday and my problem is now history. Your
company, product and personnel are the absolute best in
the business unlike some other large name seat company that
sells you a product and does not want to hear about any
problem you may have with it. You may feel free to publish
this if you like. Thanks again for an exceptional product

The first thing I noticed with the LOW
RIDER seat was that my feet touched even flatter than
with the stock seat. The ride was the proof in the puddin'
though. This seat really helps you to "stick"
to the bike. The area that touches your back feels a lot
firmer than stock, and no sensation of sliding backwards
for those of us who are "vertically challenged"(short).
The vinyl does look and feel just like your leather jacket,
or your chaps, or your S&M stuff. Your know the real
deal !!! The RUNE stitching looks pretty cool too! I highly
recommend this seat.

Hi Des,
How are you? Sorry this has taken so long to get to you,
but we've only just has some good weather. Man, it's been
a long winter. Anyway, here is a picture of my Rune Trike
with one of your seats on it. i have to say that it is
just perfect. The whole package is just works. The backrest
makes the ride even more enjoyable and provides me with
a more stable and supported base. I bought the seat to
help with me from moving around going over bumps and it
does just that. I would have no hesitation in recommending
one of your seats to anyone Des. Thanks once again. Take
it easy.

My second seat and my second Rune! Comfort
beyond anything. I ride everywhere and never use a trailer-The
fit is precise and perfect, the comfort levels are awesome,
I can always do an extra couple hundred miles. The service
is 100%-Oredering was very simplistic as was the contact
persons. I will continue to boast the Ultimate seats, and
hopefully increase sales. Now can you make a seat for my
Porsche? “Fits Like a Glove” My New seat gets
a 10.

Des, I received
the seat you made me for my Rune. It is WONDERFUL and is
exactly what I wished for it to be. It not only feels and
looks great, it attaches to the bike more easily than the
original seat. Wow!
It is a pleasure to be able to do business with a truly competent person/company
after so many disappointments. Many thanks and I look forward to sharing my experience
with other motorcycle acquaintances. I will now add my comments to the Rune webpage.
